Optimize your news content for Google News with the SiteSEO plugin's Google News XML Sitemap feature. Follow these step-by-step instructions to activate and configure your Google News XML Sitemap.

Enable Google News XML Sitemaps

Go to SiteSEO -> PRO,

Access the Google News tab.

Enable the 'Google News' feature if it's not already enabled.

Check 'Enable Google News Sitemap' checkbox.

Enter your 'Publication Name' and select 'Post Types' that you want to include it in your google news sitemap.

Save changes, view your sitemap, and submit it to Google News following the official guide.

Viewing Google News Sitemap

In the Google News section, you will see the link. Just click on it to see your sitemap.

Alternatively, you can view the Google News sitemap by typing 'https://example.com/news.xml/' directly in your browser's address bar.

Note: We adhere to Google's guidelines, only articles published within the last two days, up to a limit of 1000 articles, are visible in the sitemap.
